Talking about things like “siege mentality” and a “difficult week” is so disingenuous. They haven’t lost a player to injury or suffered some unfortunate hardship. They’ve been found to have broken the rules of the competition 114 times. Sky’s reaction is not surprising but hugely disappointing.
