Fast Fusion is incredible fun isn't it! It's certainly a worthy alternative to Wipeout. I bought it via the eshop sale, it's a fantastic racer for the Switch 2.

Anyone tempted by the M64 from ModRetro? I went for the green one💚
I've been neglecting my Switch 2 lately but hey we're back in business!
Bought a Steam Deck earlier this year, so I thought I'd replay Half-Life 2. Gosh it's still an immaculate FPS. The physics-based gameplay, the atmosphere, the weapons. I've realised however that I've never played Episode Two! So this is completely uncharted territory for me.
Sony's announcement today will be a blow to my PS5 hours, because I tend to use the console purely for quality single-player physical games. Anything digital I'd rather play on my Switch 2 or Steam Deck. Here, pictured, is where my PS journey began...
Ooh clouds today! At last a day in which I won't have to have three cold showers.
Edge Issue 228 - June 2011 Tomb Raider The story behind the rip-roaring rebirth of an icon #EdgeMagCover
Found an old photo from the 90s. Check out my peak Commodore vintage set-up! Amiga 1200 AND a CD32, and Amiga Power hanging around too. Those were great days!
Ok I'm not going to win any wildlife photography awards but I spotted this young Green Woodpecker on the garden fence. A parent woodpecker was beside it too but flew away before I had a chance to get a pic. And that was despite me even saying "You'll be famous on Bluesky!"
I'm quite disappointed with the pre-installed games on the forthcoming A1200. I'm sure there could have been more great arcade games in there: Banshee (pictured), Super Stardust, Gloom. Team 17 had some solid A1200 games.
Great cover! I loved my C64, got one secondhand from someone my parents knew, but I think I only had it about a year before it was cast aside for my Amiga 500 Batman Pack. Outrageous. But I have fond memories of that beige wedge.
Arcade Decades is an absolute nostalgia kick of a read. I have fond memories of my local arcade in the late 80s, filled with machines including Gauntlet, Super Off-Road, Outrun, Rampage, Buggy Boy, APB, Star Wars. I wish I could go back there now with pockets overstuffed with coins.
Keep seeing clips of Tame Impala's latest tour and I'm gutted I didn't get tickets.
Quite fun connecting my Keychron keyboard to my Steam Deck 😆

Morning! What's your favourite video game about diverting crawling babies from sticking their fingers in electric sockets and falling down elevator shafts? Mine is probably Mad Nurse on the ZX Spectrum.
Saw the Mario Galaxy movie with my kids. I really didn't enjoy the first one (although they did!) but I enjoyed this sequel a lot more. I was expecting the worst, given the reviews. It's certainly not a cinematic classic but you can't beat hearing music from the Galaxy game on the big screen.
Even though I've got Pragmata on PS5, I downloaded the free demo on Steam Deck and it actually runs really well.
It's been a while since I've bought a new PS5 game (I rarely get to commandeer the TV in the lounge, y'see) but Pragmata is a blast!
Bought the new Pet Shop Boys book 'Volume', a visual record of their output. Here I've compared with their previous book 'Catalogue': the more compact size means some reprinted content has been cut (such as the images of the Miracles CD singles shown here). Nonetheless the new book is a great read.
Saw this graphic on Twitter via Commodore Computer Museum. A selection of Amiga highlights from ONE YEAR of its life (1990). It really does highlight how much of an incredible gaming platform the Amiga was. What's your favourite from this selection?
Hey, for folks still rocking a PS4, if you own Astro Aqua Kitty, turn on the kitty astronaut dynamic theme! There should be giant Easter eggs spinning around the sun :)
I only discovered this game recently. Big fail on my part that I didn't play Mario Tennis back in the GBC's reign! 🎾
The sky went from brown to orange to red yesterday in Crete. Or were we on Mars? 🤔
Watching Project Hail Mary has inspired me to get this game out... an ideal choice by the way if you want to play a family game in absolute silence 😀
A productive day, getting my first AND second successful run in Slay the Spire 2. Defect first (lots of Lightning) and then Ironclad, with the Runic Pyramid relic (retain your hand) which at first I thought was a BAD IDEA but actually worked out well.
