It removes the humanity from one of the most human-forward things. Not to mention it is an environmental nightmare. Keep banging the drum. Say no to AI.
Another reason not to use generative AI in video games: getting artists to be unabashed fans of your project is like the best free social media marketing you could ever ask for and that enthusiasm just evaporates when your shits covered in midjourney renders
