I can now comfortably say I’m at least 2x more productive with AI. I’m also context switching like crazy, as I want to take care of everything, so I’m much more tense and exhausted because of the cognitive load. Parallel agents are great and also a trap for my mental wellbeing.

Does your company still organize offsites with planned activities and icebreakers? I’m still surprised to see them doing this, especially sports activities where you’re forced to mingle with other people. I don’t see many people enjoying it and there are many other ways to let people meet each other

It is sad to see conversations between colleagues fade away as people turn to AI instead. "Ask AI first," says the manager. Working remotely make it worst. Thanks they are other places to have conversations.

Check out Flux Schema! Our brand new #FluxCD CLI plugin that validates manifests and helps AI Agents stop hallucinating Kubernetes YAML. After extensive benchmarks my conclusion is that the Flux Schema MCP Server gets you 57% fewer tokens compared to web tools. fluxcd.io/blog/2026/07...

Introducing Flux Schema and the Ecosystem Catalog

Static validation for GitOps workflows with Kubernetes API server semantics, a schema catalog for the CNCF ecosystem, and a public MCP server for AI agents.

RubyEvents Guides is now live. Over the last few months, I talked to Rubyists who want to help the community keep going. Some want to restart a local meetup. Some are organizing their first small conference. Some already run events and want to make the next one better.

Premium: What If...We're In An AI Bubble? (Part 1)

Every day I read some sort of wrongheaded extrapolation about the future of AI — that today’s models are somehow indicative of AGI creating a “permanent underclass” of people that stops people from bu...

Same feeling with recent videos about AI agents. People are super hyped about 3-line Claude skills... but spend 20min explaining why it's so cool. Come on. Be succinct. Same as verbose AI output: too many words for a small outcome. It's exhausting to filter through to get the real content.

I'm getting bored with all the internal comms coming from AI agents. It fills up the whole screen on Slack and email. Super verbose. Nobody has time to read so much. It's a mix of proof you use AI, laziness, and wasting your colleagues' time. Re-read, amend, improve your prompt at least...
