Not only this, but my thoughts *always* with this kind of thing at PMQs are ... what do you expect? Starmer is hardly going to say "yeah fair enough, you got me." It looks good for a twitter clip and is a waste of the 30 minutes of holding the government to account

Kemi Badenoch presses Starmer at PMQs to admit that "Labour isn't working." I am not a political strategist, but my view - personally - is that if you're recycling a campaign slogan from nearly 50 years ago, people might get the impression you are out of ideas...

Horrible scoop in today's Playbook — at least five MPs are thought to have received letters with "offensive content" that were "covered in excrement." A 65-year-old man was arrested in connection with the letters last week and has been released on bail.
