I think this is the future of HR since they've gone too far on the ATS portals to cut down time costs. In the end, these systems waste everyone's time and degrade applicant pools. If you're a hiring manager, expect to see this more often as HR's are intentionally making themselves irrelevant.

Keep seeing these kinds of posts, not just from this round of nonsense. My takeaway is that you can NEVER underestimate the capacity of others to enable a narcissist. Maybe they are codependent, trapped in an abuse cycle, or maybe just opportunists. It doesn't matter. The result is the same.

This is actually very interesting because it highlights what happens when a State loses it's authority (as distinct from power) The abusive overreach with the ICE raids is making all federal law enforcement look dubious, so it no longer matters whether it's a legitimate fentanyl investigation.
