Gas delivery rates have more than TRIPLED since 2010, due in part to utilities being allowed to pass on the 💲 of new gas lines to existing customers. Our utility regulators –the Public Service Commission– had the chance to 🛑 forcing us to pay for new, polluting pipelines, but delayed action instead.
