Friday I had the pleasure of taking two friends exploring on Country. We saw Carved, Scarred and Modified trees around the area and swapped stories about family and childhood. I live for days like that. Bring on the next one.

Ask. Listen. Change. I'm a hugger but not everyone is, I've learnt to ask before acting as it can make some people feel uncomfortable if you invade their personal space. Yesterday I met a couple of dozen new friends, nearly every one was a hugger, what are the odds? ❤️

Get checked. I went to the doctor with a hearing problem, intermittent buzzing in my ears. While discounting various possibilities they discovered "Nodules" in my Thyroid, 1 benign and 2 malignant. I would never have known if I just put up with it. Get checked=live longer. (It's a male thing).
