First time hearing a record from the Charlie Parker label, which was ran by his widow Doris in the early 1960s. This LP was recorded by someone sneaking a tape recorder into the Savoy Ballroom in 1950 and sounds atrocious/incredible, depending on how much of a jazz sicko you are. #jazzsky #vinylsky

Lester Young - Pres is Blue, PLP-405, a 1961 release on Charlie Parker Records. Recorded from the Savoy Ballroom in 1950.
