Sandhill cranes are easily one of my favorite birds. Beautiful in color and form, their aesthetic appearance is contrasted by their cacophonous bugle call. A chorus of these birds singing in the distance invokes a sense of prehistory. #birds #wildlife #nature #photography #canon
