PSA: If you have insomnia and it's trauma related, and your therapist insists on treating that with CBT - get a new therapist. Get someone who is trauma informed, cPTSD focused, HELL, get a dissociative specialist if you can. I am so peeved with the mental health system jfc

This. A thousand times over, this. I think it was Maya Angelou who once observed that wasting your time was a genuine tactic of these people, deployed with the intent to distract, frustrate, and exhaust. Block that shit and commit to sharing only actionable, informative political content.

A major part of why I'm an artist is because of KOTOR, and the impression it left on me as a child. I am so sorry to all the devs, writers, and artists at BioWare. Thank you for all that you gave to those stories. It's so unfair to you all.
I wear a brace at night, and adjusted my diet to include collagen supplements. I use a heating pad nearly 24/7 and I MUST have a work out routine to improve blood circulation and healing. And then!! My drawing time has restrictions to prevent further injury. WAH.

It’s so laughably naive for anyone to say genAI can be used “ethically“. The cat is already out of the bag, the models are already trained on stolen work. Even if you could build viable models on only rights-free work there would still be the issue of energy use, inaccurate output, etc. Be for real.
