Do any of you wake up & just start sobbing sometimes? I’m trying to feel my feelings & not psychoanalyze all of it, but I just don’t understand why this happens. The feelings are a jumbled mess of exhaustion & the world being on fire. I just want to go back to sleep & try again tomorrow & I can’t.
