Communication is really the heart of every relationship, but when you're at a distance you have to remember to be using your words often because there's no way to communicate the day to day of unspoken gestures and the information that come through presence. And all relationships require active work

if you have an LDR you tell your partner everything you know they should know and you communicate honestly and proactively and always leave ample room for their emotions. LDRs are forged in trust and delicate by nature. don't give your partner reason to doubt you.
job hunting and surviving has killed my social battery. i use it up on chasing and applying to things and when I sit down at the computer for me time i can only manage to interact with people on my alt side hustle account and my partners, and even then I feel so bad bc i have so little to offer. :/

the sheer amount of art that could be drawn from my OC + novels... *kicking my feet and gazing dreamily* cannot fuckin wait until I have a job again so I'm happy and motivated and freed up to knuckle down and get these stories written.
remembering how I was driven to have to run away from home to prove a point to my abusive parents. back then there wasn't a bustling internet but thankfully there is now & resources for minors. if you're in a scary position, know you CAN be helped. you're not alone & your bravery will be rewarded.
It's not enough to be against AI, you need to be pro art. You need to be a champion of the art you love, you need to share that passion and joy, and do what you can to support the artists who make it, because it's not enough to hate AI, to hate what it's doing to art and media; you gotta love.

Fear, anger, grief and frustration should be part of kids movies. Kids arent stupid, they feel big emotions just like adults, they deserve to see those experiences reflected back.
