this... did not work. despite doing several dry fits I panicked once the glue was on and did not manage to get it clamped correctly in time. I could probably rescue them by taking skim passes on each side? or I could go buy some 4x4s and skip all this nonsense

more milling today, mostly because I wanted to turned a couple of 2x6s from the orange place into 1.25x2.5 chunks. Next I’ll glue them together to make 2.5” squares which will become the legs of my table saw cart / router table I need a ripping blade. Combo blade is getting the job done, but…
