Mike, thanks so much for this. It's a really important insight. I'm only mildly neurodivergent myself, and have had less communication frustration than it seems you have, but this does interpret a lot of what I've noticed about working with Claude Code.
RLHF trains AI models to write a certain way. And it trains them to listen a certain way. If you're neurodivergent and you communicate literally, the model misreads you the same way humans do. I wrote about why, and it got personal, but I hope you like it anyway.. blowmage.com/2026/04/14/a...
