One of my favourite versions of The Hound of the Baskervilles is the Peter Cushing Christopher Lee Hammer film. It has such an atmosphere about it, incredibly eerie. I watched it a few nights back and it really grabbed me again.

I really love ‘Sense and Sensibility’ and the adaptation starring Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet, Alan Rickman and Hugh Grant is so good. I love Emma Thompson’s portrayal of Elinor, she really made me feel for her. One of my favourite classic novels too.

When I was younger, I loved to visit 'The Dress Circle' on Monmouth Street in London. I had always bought DVDs and merchandise from there by mail order, but the actual shop was truly an Aladdin's cave of theatrical magic. I really miss it along with the Theatre Museum, which was in Covent Garden.

I think that Nathanial Curtis is an amazing and a really natural actor. I loved seeing him as Sam in 2:22 A Ghost Story. He really brought the character to life and I wasn’t expecting the ending at all. He was absolutely brilliant.

I used to watch ‘Paperplay’ presented by Susan Stranks and loved Itsy and Bitsy. When I was young, I always thought that this was the name of the programme.
