It’s been so bad but sharing how bad things have felt has been so hard, even to the people I’m closest to.
The burnout I’m feeling is rather extreme and I know that it’s definitely exacerbating my ocd and anxiety that comes with it. I don’t think live ever been this burned out and exhausted from a job before and weekends have offered little to no relief to recover.
