A thing no one tells you about starting exercising is that it sucks for the first few weeks/months. It's hard, your body aches, it's boring. But once I got over the hump it started to feel good. I noticed clarity of thought, and strength. I've never felt a runner's high, but it's close I think

since parents are in the evacuation zone, we had to watch my nephews today so i took them out cuz we needed some basic food and i wanted to get them a costco lunch. there is dust and ash and debris on every surface and everything looks like dogshit. smog everywhere and it hurts to breathe #Chirasul
