We can't discuss the "genius" of Shopify's Tobi Lutke without noting the time he arbitrarily decided there were too many internal meetings happening so had IT delete all meetings in people's calendars, including external ones with clients.

This. Very much this. News orgs need to stop calling it a ballroom and say what it is: a bunker. Watch 2024's Civil War, it's practically a documentary at this point. Two years ago the movie seemed heavy-handed, but now I think it didn't go far enough.

This is going to be a thing. He’s never going to give up the Presidency. I think that every democrat candidate from dog catcher or alderman on up should have an answer to how they will deal with an illegal third term.

Disappointed @theverge.com never really covered this if only for awareness. It's certainly political but there's a core technology story here that more people needed to know about. This is more important than any media merger going on or Apple lawsuit.

Tomorrow, the House will vote on the NDAA, which includes a provision to merge parts of our military with the IDF. This amendment is an existential threat to American sovereignty and democracy. Every member of Congress must vote NO.
