My electric/utilities company, known for frequent outages, put out a customer satisfaction survey and wtf is this question doing on the survey?? Yeah I'm paying attention, I read it and it pissed me off!

A customer satisfaction survey question that reads: "22.We want to make sure you are reading carefully. Please select “Somewhat agree” to show you are paying attention." The options are Strongly Agree, Somewhat Agree, Neither agree nor disagree, Somewhat disagree, and Strongly disagree.

Wow, its so professional that the head of trust and safety is running away from the people trying to tell you they dont trust this site because it isnt safe. Youre a joke. Go get a different job so someone can actually do yours. I can get you in at a housekeeping job. Might be more your style

Saying you can threaten trans people with camps? That’s fine. Telling the hard of trust and safety that there’s been an uptick in this behavior and telling him he’s to blame? Verboten, you’re suspended. Fuck this platform.
