These people are letting you know that they’ve always cheated. Their eyes have always been on someone else’s paper. They alway bought essays. A subordinate has always done the work their name is slapped on, usually without credit. Chat is a cover for them.

My answer is LOL ROFL (dickbrain) The terminally AI-pilled can't even *imagine* some people have *never* asked stochastic parrots to cheat at their job for them.

All the people who are anti-Al or want to
slow Al progress, I have one question:
If Al disappeared tomorrow, could you
still get through an entire workday
without ChatGPT, Claude, or any other
 Al tool?

Imagine Al was suddenly banned.
Would you actually be willing to give it
 up?

Please search for and print out a sample ballot. If you can do so, please early vote. If you do not recognize names on your ballot you owe it to yourself to at least do a search on their positions and platform. Commissioners matter. School boards matter. Judges matter. Local elections matter

It’s really important to understand that the criminal legal system in the U.S. already produced the infrastructure to make ICE possible. If we ever rid ourselves of ICE the way to make it harder to revive it will be destroying and defunding the institutions it has borrowed so much from

Adapting to public pushback, the Trump administration is pivoting to expand immigration detention bedspace nationwide.

Minnesota will stand as a firewall against any and all attacks on reproductive freedom. We were the first state to establish an ironclad right to abortion after the Dobbs decision and we will remain an island of freedom for those seeking to make their own healthcare decisions.

Acting AG Todd Blanche plans to outlaw abortion nationwide: We're working to get solutions so that the Dobbs decision becomes permanent in every single state. We're putting policies in place so that states can't do things like mail abortion drugs. We will have victory, and it will be permanent.

A lot of people are also in survival mode. In the brain, survival mode shuts off both the reasoning part and some of the empathetic part of the mind. Heightened cortisol or something like that. No room for "maybe..." when its time for "fight, flight, or fawn."

This is a skill. It’s not something that’s innate to people. I _think_ I’ve read that it’s associated with literacy/emotional fluency. It’s also something that fails in the psyche in the face of info overload. The brain is a simplifying engine. Society today obliterates that.

I’m starting to believe some people CANT see multiple perspectives….like maybe they don’t have the ability to see that two things can be true at once….More than two things can be true at once

The State of Mississippi is denying 170 Mississippi foster students full-ride scholarships to colleges across the state, with many would-be freshmen finding out only weeks before their move-in date. Nick Judin reports:

Bluesky is a "liberal bubble" because fascist chuds can't get traction without algorithmic assistance and because people here trained themselves to block "debate me" trybois the instant they roll up

Bluesky's new CEO Toni Schneider on the platform's reputation for being a liberal bubble: "Yes, we definitely want that to change. It is already changing. It certainly wasn’t designed to attract one specific group of people."

The whole point of the Bill of Rights is to protect the only true minority - the individual. It limits the governments power to harm the individual. The whole constitution is designed to limit the governments power.

Granger, who died of Alzheimer's, was the Texas Republican Rep. who'd been in an assisted-living facility for months (while in office!) before anyone even noticed. Just a reminder, in case folks no longer remember this scandal due to the Mitch McConnell scandal. www.nytimes.com/2026/08/03/u...

Kay Granger, Pathbreaking Texas Congresswoman, Dies at 83

She was the first Republican woman from the state to be elected to Congress. It caused a stir in 2024 when she was discovered to be residing in a senior living facility while still in office.

AOC introduced a bill that would put the brakes on new data centers until Congress can study the environmental, economic and social impact of AI. This should have happened from the very onset of these death traps. The ones that are already operating should be forced to go through the same scrutiny.
