Some elephants at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust nursery in Nairobi National Park can't fall asleep unless a keeper lies beside them. Most of these calves arrive frightened and alone after losing their mothers and herds. So every night, a keeper sleeps beside each calf until morning.
