Sometimes I think about how Sapphire was almost a viera, but then I remember Aria was almost an elezen, and so I made Sapphire one instead.
I have a lot, though only one WoL. Fenrir has the Echo, but is not a WoL. I've never counted before but I know there's a lot and they're all fairly fleshed out! The 'least' fleshed out one so far is a shetona from S9 I just made, but they're in progress hehehe
