After the squirrels dug up and ate the beans I'd planted in the garden, I planted some later in pots. Having found lots of dug up, half chewed beans on the ground I didn't think I'd be successful here either but a few have made it through.

This was a fun book. They say hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Ruth planned her revenge slowly and meticulously and you were never sure where she would move to next or who she would lead astray, yet somehow you still felt for her.

Today I have spent time a with my eldest, my youngest and my best friend. How good is that? I don't need a million dollars just give me those special times and I am ecstatic 😁
365 Days of Positivity Day 212 Despite the communal squirrel feeder having to come down it's lovely when I get up each morning seeing the squirrels checking the whole Gardner and treating that I'll have left them some treats. Such lovely creatures.

The graveyard of St Peter and Paul's Church. Reinforcing my pacificism - war grave of a sergeant who had barely left childhood. The church was also responsible for the surrounding towns whose poor lived in the poor house there.
It's taken me over 40 years but I've finally been inside St Peter and Paul's church in Ormskirk
