there seems to be a real shortage of YA as many authors pivot to adult (agents and publishers aren’t seeing them submitted). i would personally still love to see more!

I have gotten several emails about this in the new year and I just want to note again this was not about any specific IP although I definitely see how it reads that way now 🤣! just a general call for more diverse submissions, but I definitely could’ve worded it better
