Something is seriously fucking wrong when extemist activist Naomi Cunningham can stand in a Tribunal and make damaging allegations about Freda Wallace’s character, motives and conduct - while Freda isn’t a party, isn’t a witness and has NO opportunity to answer them.
Our courts and employment tribunals are now used as Colosseum's by showboating bigots to dehumanise trans witnesses. It's so bad, I expect many important, just cases will not be pursued by trans witnesses due to fear. Our courts not only acquiesce, but encourage it. They cannot be 'neutral' on this.

My god, SCOTUS acted within hours to clear the way for this execution and Tennessee completely botched it and tortured her. She's still alive. This barbaric practice needs to end. www.tennessean.com/story/news/c...

Well, this just got interesting. The Court of Appeal says evidence of a police culture around NCHI's could, in principle, shed light on how alleged crimes are assessed - but said Lynsay Watson's evidence didn’t establish such a culture.

You don't generally have to disclose before sex that you've been accused of rape, committed multiple sexual offences, been a sex worker, had 500 partners without protection or have a sexual history your partner might find horrifying.
Which is completely the wrong way around. If you don't want to have sex with a trans person (or an Aston Villa fan, or a non-vegan, or anyone who might belong to some group you don't like without it being obvious) then the onus is fully on YOU, as the one with the problem, to ask THEM.
I refuse to accept the CPS framing. We're women with a medical history which is nobody else's business and that's the beginning and end of it.
