As I compile this assignment for our radio show I see how ICE targets immigrant business owners. They intimidate immigrants who own businesses to self deport, capture them & shove them into detention, & even threaten to beat them up. It harkens to the white community's targeting of Black businesses.

I think there are specific ICE facilities which should get the "camp" moniker, but when the physical infrastructure of most detention sites are literal jails/prisons, I'm for calling them jails/prisons.
Jails or prisons imply that the people are in them as a result of due process. That cannot be said of the ICE camps.

There’s been a ongoing fight for several years between Santa Barbara County who denied a permit of proposal by Sable to begin drilling again. Pipeline was shutdown due to oil spill.
