Tolerable film guy and tattooist.

Copenhagen is incredible. I'm always particularly impressed by European public transport. My 1st day back I get hit with the tenner rail fee because my station and train were understaffed. Scotrail are greedy bastards, their fares are already comical. There's potential for Scotland to be incredible.

I'm at the very early stages of recording a new album. It's a little more adventurous than my usual stuff so I made this artwork to steer the style and keep my journey to the finish line consistent.

Horror's been class for ages. This Carnival of Excess v2.0 really started back in 2014. The academy only recognises this now because it doesn't want to be left with its arse out. Horror's no longer a niche genre, it's a multi-billion dollar industry. Everyone looked lovely in their rented shoes but.

Just tried to watch Predator Badlands. It was all shot in one room. Might as well watch someone play a computer game for two hours. Although that's a past time I understand some perverts already explore.

Once again we are seeing god damned disrespect for Jason X. All the Friday the 13th films are shite*, it just so happens that Jason X understands this and is objectively the most coherent in the series. *I love them all, even the Carrie one.

No spoiler post: It's unusual seeing a show, especially one as colossal as Stranger Things, reach a conclusion. A warm and well-considered one at that. Most contemporary shows live long enough to eat their own shite or get cancelled. A rare return to mono culture, albeit via nostalgia.

I miss the reels of yer man crying at his bride's reveal. This is why physical media is important. Imagine a 6hr lp Scotch vhs fulla reels and vines. DAD'S TAPE DONT TAPE OVER.
