Dare I say, Baltimore and Philly are the two major cities left on the east coast that could support HUGE artists communities.
It’s eroding at a stunning pace and imma be real the other cities aren’t picking up the slack .. Not because NYC is that great but because all cities are having this issue Hard to become cities of culture when only multi millionaires can afford to stay more than three generations

Spent an hour or so at Homegoods. Now I remember why i stay out of that place.
