Is the president mocking the U.S. women’s hockey team on a celebratory call with the men’s team going to attract even an iota of the sustained handwringing that the idea of trans athletes disadvantaging women’s sports has gotten

Vampire squids (Vampyroteuthis infernalis) don't really live up to their name. They aren't squids, and they don't hunt, let alone suck blood. But they are vampire-like in their longevity! They are thought to be able to live up to 10 years, longer than almost any other cephalopod!

In between its arms is dark beige webbing. One of long feeding filaments is extended.A vampire squid (Vampyroteuthis infernalis) floating in the ocean, surrounded by white specks of marine snow. It's fins are flapping and arms are extended behind it and partially curled inwards. Webbing is in between the arms and cirri are visible on its arms.A vampire squid (Vampyroteuthis infernalis) moving into its "pineapple pose." Its cute fins that resemble ears are flapping. It has its arms spread out, stretching the webbing, and it has them pressed against its face which is not visible. It is doing this to wrap its arms and webbing around the rest of its body, like it is turning itself inside out. You can clear see the inside side of its arms and webbing, which is beige. The inside side of the arm has these pairs of fleshy spikes in addition to a single row of suckers at near one end of the arms. The vampire squid is dark red and you can see white dots on it which are photophores. There is marine snow around it.

I'm going to try to love the Hilltop farm a little more in Stardew Valley. I always play Forest or Meadow these days, have done a good number of River and Beach, but haven't really done a lot of the basic or Hilltop. I love my hardwood spawn too much...sigh
