Sometimes the statistics don’t tell the same story as your eyes. This was not one of those times. Arsenal went up early and tried to defend and kill time for 85 minutes plus extra time, and it didn’t pay off.

It pains me to say it, but the same owners also revived Liverpool Football Club and won the Premier League twice and Champions League. And that’s since 2018.

I see a whole bunch of people who think amateurs with guns would win vs an organized army who were known for erecting fortified camps overnight. The Romans would get their noses bloodied in the first skirmish, then starve them out.
