As someone who was raised evangelical and is now trying to teach my daughter about all religions while not raising her in a church, it's led to some hilarious but honest questions/comments: "Look mommy, there's another T on the side of the road! Why do people like T so much." (accident memorial)
Someone patched GIMP to look and feel exactly like Adobe Photoshop. Same keyboard shortcuts. Same tool layout. Same everything. It's called PhotoGIMP and it's free.
We're trying to get back on our feet. I currently have a severe tooth infection and no insurance. I opened a GoFundMe so we can continue to pay our bills, keep our vehicle, keep the roof over our head, as well as get me the medical attention that I need. www.gofundme.com/f/keep-tyler... #mutualaid

So fun fact for anyone who doesn't know about reindeer: both male and female reindeer have antlers, but males lose theirs in fall- only female reindeer keep their antlers through winter and lose them in spring. So all of Santa's reindeer, if they have antlers, are in fact female!
Trying to get some stuff done and want to sketch some headshots! $25 and a 48 hour turnaround, if anyone is interested! ❁{ #art #furry #furryart #headshot #commissions }❁

PSA: library resources! There's hoopla, too, for audio books. Our local library uses Libby, which also does ebooks. I just downloaded Kanopy and Mango to try. 🤘
I've recently become absolutely obsessed with ACNH again after like... four years of not playing it. So I'm drawing all my villagers! Because of reasons! ❁{ #art #furry #furryart #ACNH #Animalcrossing }❁
Only errands tomorrow are at local small businesses, and in cash! <3
Alt National Park Service@altnps.bsky.social · 2y agoTomorrow, February 28, let’s disrupt the status quo by spending ONLY at businesses that uplift our communities. That means: 🚫 No gas from corporate giants 🚫 No fast food chains 🚫 No big-box retailers (Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc.)
I both love and hate the adhd drive to be into EVERYTHING. It's so /powerful/ but so fleeting- I want to animate, to sculpt, create comics, paint, weave, crochet, study law, study medicine, learn to code games well, do woodworking, learn Korean and Arabic, rockhounding, build machines...
I screamed about this movie for MONTHS leading up to it, and begged my whole family to go- which they caved and did for their horse-girl kid. I remember writing in my diary how it was the best movie I'd ever seen in my LIFE. Runner up: Atlantis, which I won tickets to through a radio giveaway! rofl
