Dear Amazon: these artificial shipping delays for those of us that don’t pay for Prime are getting to be outrageous. As some of my friends already know, I recently received some bad news. My liver is in stage 3 fibrosis with possible cirrhosis, as well as advanced steatosis (at least 67% fat). I have decided not to pursue any further testing or procedures and instead make the best of what time is left.
