Getting a riverside window seat on the Metro North always feels like a huge win.
Years ago I lived in Queens and I rode my bike into Brooklyn for work, passing by several cemeteries. Nothing felt more magical than when I would ride through two on either side of me. The temperature would drop significantly, and some evenings fireflies would float amongst the gravestones.
