This. I don't think anyone is really anti-AI. They're anti-the-companies-pushing-AI. LLMs have some really incredible use cases. They can be assistive technologies, help with mental load, and allow you to focus more on the present than an endless stream of tasks or your phone.

Crappy morning. I find LLMs really beneficial in certain areas of my life, but a lot of people think AI use of any kind is the devil. While this is irritating, what frustrates me more is knowing the real problem is the companies trying to shove this crap up every orifice of our lives. I'm so tired.

This is neat 👀 If you don't have a @rpg.actor yet, go make one and get yourself a Hattie while it's still available (and so I can win the imaginary game of having the most popular @rpg.actor in-game item) rpg.actor/gift?token=1... #rpgactor

Kinda crazy watching the hat from @brittanyellich.com overtake the one from @atproto.com by double in less than 24 hours. Starting this beef so we can have an AT HAT SPAT. 😆

Testing a potentially unpopular opinion that I'm not sure the dev industry is ready for: Unless you're shipping something like nuclear safety code, you probably don't need a human reviewer for your PRs.
