Did you know Pete the Cat began as Pete the Bear? In the Alice Comedies, Pete was a bear. When Disney did Steamboat Willie, it made more sense for it to be a cat vs. mouse. Hence, he became Pete the Cat. Disney should re-brand him as Gay Pete, because Disney loves to support the gay community. ($)

My Emperor penguin character, Othello. When I first drew him, I said he was probably a used car salesman. As I kept drawing him, I realized he was more likely a stripper/exotic dancer. His parents were in the movie "Happy Feet". His grandfather was in "Marry Poppins". Dancing is in his blood.

The ever observant (and always horny/usually nude), Detective Dick Bulger. He's based on my love of detective novels (Sherlock Holmes) and bears (actual bears), and gay bears (big hairy men). Combining all three, I came up with my Spirit Bear detective. As most know, I have a weakness for bears.

Looking through my old files/sketches on my computer, I'm realizing that I've been drawing Bruce for over 30 years. He's not my oldest character I draw, but he's well up there. Here's a picture of younger Bruce in his 20 & 30s, and again in his older, 40+ dadger period. Why is he naked? Why not!

Also, adding the Stink Badger back to my crew, even though science now says Stink Badgers are "false" badgers, and closer related to skunks. There are two types of stink badgers, 6 types of ferret badgers, and 3 types of hog badgers.

Most characters in the Disney universe are gay. Really, they are. Go to any theme park and ask them. They'll start using code words like "SECURITY! REMOVE THIS PERSON FROM THE PREMISES. SOMEONE PROTECT ELSA!" That's their code words for "Cheez it! We've been caught". Ha ha! The queers!

Gavin, the gay Minnesotan loon (Common Loon or Great Northern Diver (Gavia immer). Sure, he may dress a bit eccentric, look a bit odd, and talk a bit funny, but at least he's not Republican. I'd be happy to call anyone like him a friend.

I need to do some new artwork with my beaver character Marco. He seems to be popular. Here he is about to get lucky with Bruce. Is it sad that I (Bruce) may have fallen for this scenario in my 20's? ... Maybe even in my 30's. ... Hell, probably in my 40's, too. Marco's cute. I'd sleep with him.
