when i was in middle school, the grocery store by my house sold communion wafers, so i bought a bag of them and sat on the stairs of a mission w my friends and ate them like chips with a bottle of grape juice and asked people if the "wanted some communion" until the priests shooed us away

for musicians, and extreme non-musician enthusiasts (rare?) the kind of music you like is a part of your identity. it signals what "kind" of person you are, and for most people, it's a flippant, vibes based decision. this causes a lot of issues in discussing it.
