Summary:

“So, darling? Do you think you will like it?”

“I do not know, husband.” Namjoon turned around to smile at him knowingly. “Will I get to stay here long enough to see the hellebores bloom this winter?”

It had been two straight winters now that his opportunity to see the flowers in full bloom had been foiled by their plans to relocate.

“That is entirely up to you, Namjoon,” Taehyung answered easily. “You only need say what you want out loud so I can do my utmost to ensure it.”

I had the absolute pleasure of writing a little #Taejoon oneshot for @btsgothiquefest.bsky.social & this was my first time trying out the genre. Fun fact. At ~7.4K, this is the shortest fest fic I’ve ever written, beating I Spy With My Eye…a Perplexity handily.
