This one still has me scratching my head as to why the package cooking advice would be so conservative as to render the product practically useless. Leftovers are not risky, unless you do something to make them risky!

I wish I had half the energy that Bill Marler has. He just dropped this post a few minutes ago. It's a good read. He's not afraid to call them as he sees them. You might not agree with everything that he says but it's certainly worth reading.
