My favorite part about car insurance is that when you have a little fender bender you get to do the deductible versus increased rates in the future math. Anyway we're out 3k. But our rates will remain the same! Yay!

4 years ago our core friend group had 1 child between all couples. It's now 12 kids and by the end of the year 14. We're all quite tired.
I'm a biased booster of the Saint Paul Downtown Alliance and the DDC. Take this however you will but the fact that they have been behind the almost complete elimination of Madison Equities "ownership" of property in Saint Paul in less than a year is impressive. Great for Downtown progress.
She's not having a great day but at least we have a cone that's a donut for her so she's recovering in style.

Neighborhood ia a bit nuts with the rush to get to the Fair at the last moment. Never really understood that. Anyway, I enjoyed being one if many State Fair Parking guys for 12 days. See ya next year!
Last day of our neighborhood crazy times! Very nice weather for the Fair this morning. Steady crowds but last Monday AM is a good time to come out. Glad to be on MY last day as a Fair parking lot manager for the year. Been fun and next year I won't have a teething 8 month old!!
Definitely the busiest day since last weekend at the Fair today. Pretty nice temps out here and low sun. Parking is 30-40 in my neighborhood but it's very full up. People will start leaving soon and open up some spots in the neighborhood.

Decided to go the The Fair AGAIN. 95% is because my son wants to go on the 🚜 s again and it'll be a long day if he doesn't. Also, the weather is perfect right now. Crowds are medium and getting busier. Parking is 30-40 near the entrance. Good parking available Simpsons/Frankson area.
Weirdly kinda slow in the neighborhood parking world. Bet the Fair is busy but definitely not a record day. Seems like everyone went over the first few days.
Busiest day of the Fair typically and starting off nice and cool over here. Super light rain that's not going to last. Very nice weather for today before it gets hot. I'm already pulling cars off the street at $40 dollars so I would expect it to be as busy as usual.

I'll be honest. If they ever get rid of the Pork Schnitzel sandwich I may not have a reason to go to The Fair.

I keep hearing people say Trump hates being President. That's not true. He loves being President. He just doesn't want to do the things you think a President should do. But he loves the title and the perceived adulation.
Every county has at least 1 site opening Sept. 18. You can drop a mail ballot there or vote absentee until Oct 16, when you don’t need an absentee application. Many cities also have locales open Sept 18 or Oct 16. You can also drop off up other folks’ absentee votes, up to 3 voters, per election.
