Low-key excited about the batch of new Blu-rays I got today. A little bit of good, a little bit of bad, a whole lot of fun bonkers nonsense. Of course I picked up the Australian import of Silent Hill because it has better box art and the US version was bare bones.
I know full well that I'm going to put a Santa hat on him in December and now I'm pondering different seasonal hats I can give him throughout the year. 🤔

The central draw for Red Sun (for me, anyways) is it's samurai in the wild west. It's still so cool to see Bronson and Mifune team up on an old west adventure.

Oh huge bummer right here. R.I.P.💔 Dream Warriors was always my favorite Elm Street sequel and sometimes I may even consider it one of my top favorite horror movies period. Russell was a massively underrated director.

Chuck Russell directed The Blob & Nightmare on Elm Street: Dream Warriors in the 1980s, and later directed The Mask, Eraser, Bless the Child, The Scorpion King, and Witchboard (2025). A horror legacy that will never be forgotten.
