Splatoon Raiders ROCKS. It takes the bones of Splatoon's single player and Salmon Run and adds in some minor looter shooter elements and long term progression. This turns it into an incredibly unique action rpg. Very high up in the Switch 2 library for me.

Just got out of Obsession holy moly what a movie

Word I keep landing on for that Direct was “solid.” The floor was higher than the other showcases in terms of consistently solid reveals, but the ceiling was definitely not hit in terms of stop the presses kinds of releases. RPG fans are eating, but not much beyond the immediate summer releases 1/2

Solid Xbox Show. I do think that exclusives coming back to Xbox will help like.... some part of the industry. Solid reveals too, albeit a good bit of stuff that's already been announced. Obviously Persona 4R and 6 are my highlights, but a decent mix of stuff.

Oh no. Revival looks excellent. Like... substantially better first impression than 3 Reload for me. Also, Marie being there is interesting, given how The Answer was handled in 3 Reload.

Oh yeah, finally got around to beating Resident Evil Requiem last night. Very good game, but slightly conflicted on it. I think my personal takes is that even though the game successfully combined RE7 and RE4 Remake, I would have much preferred two games that pushed each forward seperately? (1/2)
