Ok, no cap-- it's bad today. I kind of did this to myself, even if I couldn't help what I dreamt about. I'm going to eat a REAL protein rich breakfast, go outside and take care of some plants, maybe play with my kids for a while, the watch something that is more bright, hopeful, and funny.

There's just something about graduation season that is so bittersweet for me. It doesn't help that I woke up from a bad dream, started reading comic adaptations of Franz Kafka stories, then followed that up with the news. The froot loops were a symptom, really. Hell really is of our own making. 😅

I'm starting to wonder if my breakfast choices are reflective of my declining mental health or something. Yesterday I had a bowl of Reese's Pieces cereal and was lethargic and crabby. Today, froot loops and I'm really depressed and wondering why I have to keep living.

I'm watching Falling Down with Michael Douglas, and I'm flabbergasted that anyone could look at him and see him as an "anti-hero". MC goes around acting entitled, traipsing through gangland--not with the intention of fixing anything but just pushing around minorities. He essentially throws tantrums
