Last week we attended a public meeting at the Combined Authority's headquarters. We shared with the Mayor and Council Leaders bus users' views on the impacts predicted bus service cuts would have on their daily lives. The Mayor promised to meet us again to discuss the matter further.

Today we're at a meeting of the Combined Authority's Transport Committee asking a public question about progress towards the start of franchised bus services. We expressed our disappointment at the delay to the publication of an independent report into bus franchising commissioned by the Mayor.
