Let’s be clear here, when scientists say mistakes were made at the start of the pandemic, we DO NOT mean that we did too much. We mean not socially distancing quickly enough, not making tests widely available, and not acknowledging COVID is airborne and distributing N95 masks to everyone.

I think on every woman i have known constructively dismissed for going to HR over sexual harassment, for being forced out whilst on maternity, fired for being pregnant, etc all deeply gendered hostility and inequality in the workplace. JKR could fund those ACAS cases. She doesnt.

Imagine if we just believed disabled people? If we trusted that they were the experts in their bodies? If we listened when they said they could do something, and supported them when they said they couldn’t. If we gave accommodations and assistance without judgment? That’s true inclusion.

Just had meeting with kiddo's school. She has been fully supported, treated with full equality & dignity for years. All of that changes from September. Full segregation & humiliation across the board. The school staff cried in the meeting. This will absolutely lead to children's deaths 1/2

It is obvious that these guys lose their cool under pressure. Hopped up on adrenaline, poorly trained, mercenary mentality ($$$), agency culture of permission for violence -- even their "uniforms" (costumes) promote violence. They are out of control, and this is a feature not a bug.
