Just discovered some horrible jank in Portal 2. The light bridge music for puzzle maker maps only plays in maps that are stored locally and never for maps downloaded from the workshop, because it's hard-coded to only play for maps that are in the "maps/puzzlemaker" directory. #portal2

cool how the only way to play the console exclusive maps for rtcw with all the proper enemies and weapons is with a weird ass mod that puts way too much shit into it and also uses a lot of ai generated stuff, no thanks i'm waiting for the eventual nightdive rtcw remaster instead

Doombe thre (Xbox port, 2005) In love with the mundane yet fantastical environments here. It’s like walking through a metalheart Winamp skin circa early 2000s. And that stencil shadow lighting still works well even with lower resolution materials of this port.
