Care to say that again? (☺️)
ㅤ She’ll buy him a beer when he dares to open his mouth twice in a row. ㅤ
But they 𝘢𝘳𝘦 conversations to him… He doesn't really talk to anyone these days, so a mere 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰 or 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴.ᐣ qualify as a conversation for James. He… wishes he could say more.
ㅤ Conversations? They hardly speak at all. All he does is stare at her in silence all the time. ㅤ
… He would never hurt her. He... Well, he can tell her he enjoys their conversations next time.
ㅤ Guilt was an emotion that never quite left her, whatever she did—working for Umbrella was the reason for it. Nyx’s vacant gaze was accusatory, and she didn’t blame her. "Doctor Gideon hasn’t found you yet, and I’m doing everything I can to make sure he doesn’t. I’m trying to help »

ㅤ She assumed that the soldier didn’t know who she worked for, but that very fact combined with her relationship with Leon meant she had more information than the average person. She was terrified, yes, but at least she was aware that those creatures were capable of »
Shining the light upstairs revealed, for a split second, red eyes glaring down at Gabrielle before they pulled away out of sight, and running footsteps could be heard above her. Thankfully only a few moments later, the Soldier returned, looking at the stairs before turning to Gabrielle.
ㅤ Perhaps. He's lucky she likes him. ㅤ
Does it work?
ㅤ The soldier had disappeared into the darkness and she, again, had been left alone with a gun in one hand and a flashlight in the other. At least, now she had something to defend herself with, but she had a bad feeling. They would get out of this alive, right? Gabrielle refused to die »
"Two guns are better than one. Don't worry, best case scenario, you won't need to lift a finger." The unlikely duo made their way down the alley, tracking the Witch's trail. It led to a torn-open gate behind which a large abandoned office building stood.
ㅤ She didn’t know what was happening and how, suddenly, she had been involved in something like that. Gabrielle knew how to defend herself, she also knew how to use firearms, at least the small ones, but she was not a soldier—she was not trained, she had no idea of that world in first person. The »
"Doesn't matter. I have orders, and now you do too." The Soldier steps past Gabrielle, looking down at the fresh trail of blood. "That thing killed nine of my men. We barely had time to react." They glance back at Gabrielle for a moment, silent.
ㅤ For just a moment, she thought Leon might be the one who’d fired those shots. It wasn’t him, of course. Her ears were ringing from the unexpected roar of the bullets, but above all from the creature’s piercing screams. For a mere second she thought she would die right there—the next second, she »
Gabrielle's scream echoed in the empty alley, and her elbow landed solidly against the Infected's side, another growl escaping her throat. The Witch's hands grabbed her shoulder with one hand, her head with the other, and exposed her neck to it's gaze.
Despise her for the blood she's shed. Pity the person she used to be. Cringe in fear at her cries and hide. Do whatever you wish, with...one exception... #L4DRP #Left4DeadRP #MVRP #HorrorRP #RERP #ResidentEvilRP

ㅤ In the blink of an eye, that creature was upon her, about to… kill her? Gabrielle had panicked and, this time, let out a scream of terror hoping that someone would hear her and come to her rescue. She had her back to the monster, which made her feel even more uncertain and afraid. She began »
Gabrielle's panicked running was followed by slow yet steady footsteps as the growling Infected watched her run. And her fearful sprint was soon ended as the puddle made her fall to the floor, winded from the sudden impact.
ㅤ Her first thought was of Leon and the times they’d talked about his missions and the creatures he’d had to face. She’d never imagined she’d come across one herself, and so suddenly. Was it even a zombie? Could it be something else? Her confusion soared, but so did her fear. A cry of terror »
"......." The whispering comes to a silence as Gabrielle's presence seems to be detected. Slowly, the claws lower from the woman's face, and red eyes lock onto Gabrielle's own. "G...Grr...RRHHH..."
ㅤ What was found stole her breath and accelerated her pulse, as if her body already wanted to flee from there. The figure of the woman conveyed insecurity and fear, which increased when she realised the trail of blood that stained the ground and the bullet holes that decorated her skin. The sounds »
The next step brought Gabrielle closer to where the wailing was, and able to now see the figure of a scrawny-looking woman laying on her side behind the car. The trail of liquid she'd seen earlier led to this woman, and Gabrielle could now see it was clearly blood.
ㅤ She raised her eyebrows. "And I also drink alcohol when I feel like it," she said jokingly, although it was true that she didn’t usually smoke. Gabrielle then took out a packet of cigarettes and grabbed one—after that, she offered one to him, in case he fancied it. "Will you keep me company?" ㅤ
His smirk evident, he lowered his hand to his side. “Yeah, I do. But I must admit. You don’t strike me as someone who smokes.”
ㅤ Gabrielle returned the handshake just as gently, but with a firm grip. She then withdrew her hand and rested it on her hip. “That’s what I am.” His comment had flattered her. She smiled again and winked at him. “Do you smoke?” She was about to take out a cigarette. ㅤ
He gave her hand a shake, his grip to her palm tender. “Never knew asking was mandatory, but screw it. So. . . Sideris. Interesting name. Elegant, but mysterious.”
ㅤ That’s what she thinks, when he’s constantly staring at her in silence. At some point, he’ll have to tell her. ㅤ
Some things are... better left unsaid. But he swears he doesn't want to hurt her. He… Well, he really enjoys her company.
ㅤ She felt that something was off. She had left the gun inside, so she wasn’t armed either. She should go back to the pub and ask one of her coworkers for help, but in turn she couldn’t move—she had seen the silhouette of the leg, now the crying couldn’t be heard and she was sure that there was »
The tentative step forward reveals the end of a person's leg as a figure is hunched on the floor behind the cars, more and more evidently the source of the strange crying.
ㅤ She took a deep breath before speaking. “And the shadows have been spying on me? They will know then that I have only wanted to help you.” And she wasn’t lying. Gabrielle had been hiding her job, yes, but only to protect her since she found her. She knew what would happen in that case. ㅤ
“… 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀… 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴… 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀…” She stops in front of her, tilting her head.
