Sometimes they are personal, other times they are from the news. It's useful to look back at all the stuff that happened and a few of my thoughts at the time

Something I haven't seen addressed that is a result of car-bloat: Now that almost all cars sold in the US are crossover SUVs or larger, the height of those vehicles blocks you from seeing pedestrians, sedans don't. Crossovers are about 5'5", taller than the average woman. Sedans are about 4'8"
