Authors - There sure are a lot of AI scammers reaching out to us re: book clubs. Some seem very legit. The first thing I ask is "Will you be asking me to pay a fee?" and their response is always "No of course not. Authors are never asked to pay a fee." So, I'm just directing them to my publisher.
