About to take some time off from social media. Good time for a reset. I find myself hiding posts a lot more and irritated more easily. Also using this as an escape the screen time is out of control. Probably good to re-channel the energy and re-orient.
It’s so funny that so many of his clips are basically just summarizing news stories. The absurdity is comical enough without any embellishment. He’s a master of timing and delivery.

The dopamine rush of organizing and cataloguing. Been in a hyperfixation roll all day. Promised my therapist I wouldn’t do anything but I’ve actually been enjoying myself. Especially cause it’s like remembering things since I’m very out of sight, out of mind.
